CARRON Ceramics is proud to announce that our premium quality ceramic platters, plates, bowls, and cups were featured in the latest "Les Carnets de Cuisine de La Mère Poulard" at Le Mont Saint-Michel. We are thrilled to have our pieces showcased in such a prestigious setting.
For those unfamiliar, La Mère Poulard is a renowned French cook and businesswoman, famous for her Auberge at Le Mont Saint-Michel, a destination where food enthusiasts from around the world come to taste the legendary omelette de la Mère Poulard. Eric Vannier, Alain Grespier, Sophie Tramier, and Nathalie Nannini worked together to create the beautiful book, which pays tribute to Annette Poulard and Le Mont Saint-Michel.
Our ceramics were chosen to illustrate the tasteful receipts in the book, adding an elegant touch to the dining experience. The book is a must-have for any food lover, and we are honored to be a part of it.
Check out some of the delicious pictures below and bon appétit!
